A steel furniture factory in Wuyi, Zhejiang, supplying school, office and warehouse ranges to importers, contractors and own-brand programmes.
What we actually do
The plant runs the full metal chain: sheet cutting, bending, welding, pre-treatment, powder coating, assembly and export packing. That is why one site can quote a school desk frame, a filing cabinet body and a warehouse upright — the operations are shared, the tooling is what changes.
Most of our customers are not end users. They are importers, contract dealers, school furniture suppliers and e-commerce brands who need a factory that can follow a drawing, hold a colour across batches, and pack for a container rather than a pallet.
We quote from a drawing, a room dimension or a reference sample. If a request falls outside what the plant can hold to a repeatable tolerance, we say so before sampling rather than after the container ships.

Plant figures are marked TBC on purpose: the numbers are being confirmed with the factory and will be filled in once they can be evidenced. This page publishes nothing it cannot show.
Shot list follows the eight required factory views (section 8.2): exterior, cutting, bending, welding, pre-treatment, coating, QC and container loading. No stock photography, no third-party plant images.
STEP 01
Drawing
You send a drawing, a sample photo or a room dimension. We return a dimensioned proposal with material and finish called out.
STEP 02
Sampling
A pre-production sample is built and shipped for approval before tooling or powder colour is locked.
STEP 03
Mass production
Batch scheduled against your delivery window, with inspection points at cutting, welding and coating.
STEP 04
Export packing
Flat-pack, moisture barrier, container loading plan. Mixed SKU containers are quoted as a standard option.
