1 — Who these terms are between

The parties

This website is operated by (“we”, “us”), whose export brand is . By browsing the site, requesting a quotation or contacting us through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

BRegistration number — [TBC]
CAddress — Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China; street detail [TBC]

2 — What this site is

A catalogue, not a shop

The site presents products, ranges and manufacturing capability for business buyers. It does not sell online: there is no checkout, no payment page and no automatic order confirmation.

Product descriptions, capacity figures and photographs are indicative and are provided to help you decide whether to ask for a quotation. They do not form part of any contract unless a signed specification or approved drawing says so.

Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract is formed only when we issue a written confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it in the manner stated there.

3 — Quotations and orders

How a quotation becomes an order

This sequence is stated so there is no argument later about what was agreed and when.

STEP 01

Enquiry

You send a drawing, a sample photo or a room dimension, with quantity and destination port. We confirm what we need to quote.

STEP 02

Quotation

We issue a written quotation stating price basis, MOQ, lead time, packing and validity. Quotations are valid for [TBC] days unless stated otherwise.

STEP 03

Sample or drawing approval

Where a custom item is involved, production starts after you approve the pre-production sample or the dimensioned drawing in writing.

STEP 04

Order confirmation

The order exists once we issue a proforma invoice and receive the deposit stated in it. Payment terms, Incoterms and shipping documents are set out there.

Quotations are based on the information you supply. If quantities, destination, packaging, finish or compliance requirements change after the quotation is issued, the price and lead time may be revised before production begins.

4 — Product information

Tolerances, colours, samples

Steel furniture is a manufactured product, not a rendered image. Sizes, wall thickness, coating thickness and colour can vary within normal production tolerance, and screen settings change how a colour looks.

ADimensions — nominal figures with a general tolerance of [TBC] mm unless the approved drawing states otherwise.
BColour and finish — matched to an approved sample or RAL reference. Slight variation between batches is normal and is not a defect.
CLoad figures — static values for the stated configuration, unless a dynamic rating is written into the quotation. Installation and floor condition affect performance.
DPhotographs and drawings on this site — illustrative. The approved drawing, not the web page, governs what is produced.
ECompliance — standards we can support for your market are listed in the quotation. We do not claim certification we do not hold.

5 — Prices, payment, delivery

Set by the proforma invoice

Prices are quoted per enquiry and depend on quantity, specification, packing and destination. They are stated in the currency and on the Incoterm shown in the quotation — the site itself never states a price.

Payment terms, deposit percentage, balance timing and shipping documents are agreed per order and recorded in the proforma invoice and the sales contract. Where the two conflict, the signed sales contract prevails.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on production scheduling, inspection and carrier space. Risk and title pass as stated in the agreed Incoterm. Import duties, taxes and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation explicitly includes them.

6 — Intellectual property

What belongs to whom

All content on this website — text, product photography, drawings, layout, code and the name and marks — is owned by or used with permission. It is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the site, print pages for internal evaluation and share links with colleagues. You may not copy content into your own catalogue or website, resell it, scrape it at scale, or use our photographs in advertising without written permission.

Drawings, samples and specifications you send us remain yours. We use them only to quote and manufacture your order, and we do not pass them to other customers. Where we develop tooling or a design for you, ownership is set out in the supply agreement for that project.

We may photograph finished goods for our own records. We publish project photographs only where the customer has agreed, and without showing your customer's confidential markings.

7 — Acceptable use

Using the site properly

01Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or the enquiry mailbox.
02Do not submit false enquiries, other companies' contact details, or automated spam.
03Do not scrape, mirror or republish the catalogue or its images.
04Do not use the site in a way that breaks export control, sanctions or customs law.

We may block access or decline an enquiry where these rules are broken, or where an enquiry appears to be fraudulent.

8 — Third-party links

Links we do not control

The site may link to third-party services — for example WhatsApp for messaging, or a carrier's tracking page. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Our privacy policy explains which processors handle enquiry data and how to request deletion.

9 — Availability

No guarantee of uninterrupted access

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of outdated information. Content may be changed, and pages removed, without notice.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the website itself. This does not affect the warranties expressly given in a supply contract for goods.

10 — Liability

What we are, and are not, responsible for

Kept narrow and factual, because the commercial terms that matter are in the sales contract, not on a website.

AIndirect loss — to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
BReliance on site content — we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of indicative web content where a written quotation, drawing or contract states otherwise.
CCap — where liability relating to use of the website is established, our total liability is limited to [TBC]; liability under a supply contract is governed by that contract.
DNever excluded — nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
EYour responsibility — you are responsible for checking that the products you order meet the regulations of your destination market, and for the accuracy of the drawings and specifications you send us.

11 — Governing law

Chinese law, and where disputes go

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting proceedings, both sides will try in good faith to resolve the matter through discussion between the people who dealt with the enquiry. If that fails within 30 days, the courts at [TBC] have jurisdiction.

For contracts of sale, the governing law, arbitration or court venue and the applicable trade terms are those stated in the signed sales contract, which prevails over these website terms.

12 — Changes

Updates, and the version that applies

We may update these terms when the site, the product range or the law changes. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies to that use. Orders already confirmed are governed by the contract under which they were placed.
